Additional benefits are listed at the end of this posting.Principal Duties and Responsibilities:Safety observations with active correctionDocument findings and working with the&#160;team to resolveDocument and turn in observation sheets to the team&#160;LeadGiving facility tours to new employees focusing on exit locations, safety showers\/ eyewash stations, etc.Mapping out locations for future toolsAdhere to strict facility standard operating procedures with a focus on safety, quality, and effective team communication.Work in a semiconductor cleanroom environment while wearing a cleanroom suit or other PPERequirements:OSHA 30 required&#160;Experience working in a safety role&#160;Experience working in a manufacturing environment&#160;Experience working in an equipment installation or preventative maintenance&#160;role&#160;Ability to read documents and understand safety equipment&#160;Understanding of EH&amp;S principles &amp; processesAbility to communicate effectively and collaborate as a team to get work done and advance work practices for effectiveness and efficiency.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and demonstrate initiative&#160;High School Diploma \/ GEDAbility to successfully pass a drug screen and&#160;background check&#160;Preferences:&#160;Management SkillsetExperience working in a semiconductor fab\/sub fabSafety Training \/ CertificationsPhysical Effort\/Activities:May be required to walk up to 5+miles per day, able to be on feet for 8-10 hrs at a time, able to&#160;bend, twist, push\/pull, crouch, kneel in confined spaces, work at heights, on a ladder, and lift up to 50-75 pounds.
