Additional benefits are listed at the end of this posting.Principal Duties and Responsibilities&#160;Conduct EHS audits, inspections, and safety management activities at customer sites to ensure compliance with government regulations and company policiesLead incident investigations, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions in partnership with supervisors and managementDeliver EHS training sessions and presentations to team members and stakeholders to enhance safety awareness and reduce workplace risksCommunicate EHS performance metrics, findings, and updates during regular customer meetingsServe as a liaison between clients, vendors, and internal teams regarding safety-related topics and expectationsPrepare and present detailed safety reports and ensure proper handling of hazardous materialsRequirements3+ years of experience in a safety role, Field Service Engineer, Equipment Technician, or construction-related safety capacityConstruction experience required to support a new site build-out and startup environmentAssociate's degree in electronics, engineering, environmental health and safety, or other related field of study preferred, or military equivalentExperience in manufacturing, lab, plant, cleanroom, or construction environments, including work in pressure-controlled facilities where applicableOSHA safety certifications and\/or completed safety classes, including COHE\/LOTOProven ability to create, interpret, and present safety reportsExperience working with or handling hazardous materialsPhysical Effort\/Activities:May be required to walk up to 5+miles per day, able to be on feet for 8-10 hrs at a time, able to&#160;bend, twist, push\/pull, crouch, kneel in confined spaces, work at heights, on a ladder, and lift up to 50-75 pounds.
